Welcome To Your Healthy Transition

Welcome to my brand new blog. The ambitious target is to post here once or twice each week.

I hope you find something here that will help you along the journey of transition into a happier, healthier and better version of you.

For those that don’t know me, here is a very brief summary:
I have been a multisport coach; personal trainer; life coach; business coach and health coach for close to 25 years. Although most of my work has been with athletes, I have helped many non-athletes of all shapes, sizes and inclinations achieve their own personal goals.

One of my main motivators for starting this blog is that the nutrition industry has been dominated for years by the body building industry. This is great if you are one of the few girls who want to transition into the bulky physique of a body builder.

Most of the ladies I see seem to be trying to transition to slim and feminine via diet and / or exercise while eating like a body builder. The result is a complete mess of your metabolism and hormones.

Yes, there are nutrition and lifestyle choices that will help you achieve optimum health and even support any HRT that you may be on – while there are certain types of physical activity that will help you get curves in the areas that you want them. We will look at all of these in future posts.

This blog will have content specially crafted for you ladies. Some of that content will very likely overlap some of the posts that I have already made in my main blog on mywebsite. If there is something interesting on my main blog that feeds into something that I am sharing with you here – I’ll link to that so that you can see the detail there. For instance, perhaps you will want to try the recipe for the delicious dish I prepared yesterday. Or maybe you want to hear what I have to say about the latest diet craze that seems to be sweeping the world.

However, ladies, you are welcome to ask me to discuss anything supportive to your transition into a healthier and more fabulous version of you. Maybe it is the most divine gym bag I’ve seen in a long time, or the ideal perfume for every princess. Some ladies may want to discuss where to get the best gaff, but that might be handled in a private discussion, rather than on the blog.

Either way, if you have a question, please write to me.

Finally, what I do in Health Coaching is a far more intense and one on one version of what is in the blog. However, it will be specially formulated for who you are and where you are in your transition. We will look at your nutrition needs and what exercise will work best for you. If there are emotional challenges blocking your way we can look at those, maybe using NLP or perhaps use other deeper techniques.
